Products We make every effort to accurately display product colors, textures, and descriptions. Because monitors, mobile devices, and printers vary, actual colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Fabric Sales Fabric is sold by the yard unless otherwise noted. Because fabric is custom cut specifically for each order, **all cut fabric sales are final** and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless we have made an error in filling your order or the item arrives damaged. Please verify your yardage and selections carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before submitting an order, including: * Product selection * Quantity * Color * Shipping address * Billing information * Contact information Orders begin processing quickly and cannot always be modified or canceled once submitted. Although we strive for accuracy, pricing errors and inventory discrepancies occasionally occur. Concord Clothworks LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, adjust inventory availability, cancel orders, or issue refunds for orders that cannot be fulfilled. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Concord Clothworks LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and notify us within **five (5) business days** if there is any damage or an order discrepancy. Customers selecting Local Pickup will be notified when their order is ready. Orders not picked up within **30 days** may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made. Returns & Store Credit Eligible merchandise may be returned within **30 days** of purchase in new, unused, and resalable condition with the original receipt. Approved returns are issued as **store credit only. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be provided.** The following items are **Final Sale** and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit: * Cut fabric * Upholstery services * Custom-made items * Special-order merchandise * Clearance or sale items * Gift cards * Digital or downloadable products Concord Clothworks LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, alteration, odors, smoke exposure, pet hair, or are otherwise not in resalable condition. Upholstery Terms & Conditions All upholstery work is subject to the Upholstery Terms & Conditions below. All estimates are based upon the information available at the time they are prepared. Hidden damage or additional repairs discovered during the upholstery process may require additional labor or materials. Any significant changes will be discussed before additional work is completed whenever possible. A **50% non-refundable deposit** is required to secure schedule slot and/or before materials are ordered or work begins. Deposits reserve production time, cover custom material purchases, and compensate for project preparation. Because each upholstery project is custom, deposits are **non-refundable**. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before furniture is picked up or delivered. Projects not paid for or picked up within **30 days** of completion may be subject to storage fees. Customers may provide their own fabric or materials with approval from Concord Clothworks LLC. Concord Clothworks LLC cannot guarantee the quality, durability, suitability, or performance of customer-supplied materials and assumes no responsibility for defects, premature wear, or manufacturer issues related to those materials. Additional labor resulting from defective or unsuitable customer-provided materials may be billed separately. Many upholstered pieces contain hidden structural issues that are impossible to identify until work begins. Concord Clothworks LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from existing defects including, but not limited to: * Weak or broken frames * Loose joints * Rusted springs * Dry-rotted webbing * Brittle plastics * Failing adhesives * Previous repair work * Foam deterioration Necessary repairs outside the original estimate will be discussed before proceeding whenever practical. When replacing only a portion of an upholstered piece, Concord Clothworks LLC cannot guarantee an exact match of existing fabrics, colors, foam density, trim, or previous workmanship due to age, wear, dye lots, fading, and material availability. Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy only and are not guaranteed. Completion times may change due to material availability, shipping delays, supplier issues, illness, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. Furniture left for more than **60 days** after completion without payment or pickup arrangements may be considered abandoned. Concord Clothworks LLC reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees and, where permitted by law, dispose of abandoned property to recover unpaid balances. Our workmanship is warranted for **one (1) year** under normal residential use. This warranty does **not** cover: * Normal wear and tear * Fabric wear * Sun fading * Pet damage * Commercial use (unless otherwise agreed) * Misuse or abuse * Customer-supplied materials Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the original manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concord Clothworks LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Concord Clothworks LLC reserves the right to refuse any order or upholstery project for any lawful reason, including projects presenting safety concerns, unsanitary conditions, insect infestation, mold, mildew, or other conditions that may pose a risk to employees or equipment. All photographs, logos, graphics, product descriptions, website content, and branding are the property of Concord Clothworks LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Information collected through our website is used solely to process orders, communicate with customers, and improve our services. We do not sell or share customer information except as necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, or comply with legal obligations.
